To All Our Dearest Friends and Customers, Words cannot express how very sorry we are for the inconvenience and frustration you've experienced with our order processing and shipping delays. As you know, Manic Panic is located in Queens, NYC, the epicenter of the Coronavirus. For the safety of our staff as well as per official government mandates, we have closed our NYC location and have engaged automated fulfillment warehouses out of town to do our shipping. After many unexpected complications and setbacks, they have assured us that they will be caught up very soon. Please understand we are working around the clock and doing everything in our power to remedy this situation. We truly care about all of you and appreciate your loyalty and patience throughout this unprecedented and incredibly tragic time. Please accept our sincerest apologies.
